School teachers generally do not have the time to sit down with your child personally to help them fully understand the subject. Students often fall behind when the pace is too fast and not enough time is spent grasping important concepts.
At Dr. Tutor, we work with your child's curriculum throughout the school year to ensure they never have to play catch-up. Lessons are schedule on a one-on-one or small group basis at yours and your child's convenience.
Science
Unlike Math, high school Science courses do not build upon each other year after year. Instead, students are introduced to brand new concepts each year and are expected to learn them in a very short amount of time. Private tutoring can help fill in those gaps and make the transition easier. We help our students each step of the way, from understanding concepts to preparing for the final exam.
